Why do I need to book online?
Booking online is essential so that we can manage our daily visitor numbers and ensure that we comply with government guidelines. Limiting the number of visitors on site allows us to operate effective physical distancing, especially around the busy Courtyard area where take away drinks and snacks are available.
Do I need to print out my ticket?
Tickets can be printed or simply shown via smartphone on arrival.
Can I book on the same day as my visit?
Yes you can book on the same day as your visit as long as there is availability. Ticket numbers are capped each day to enable effective physical distancing.
Will you provide a refund or transfer for my pre-booked ticket if I need to cancel my booking?
If you wish to amend or cancel your booking as a direct result of Covid-19 (for example you contract Covid-19, are self-isolating or restrictions prevent you travelling between regions) please email email@example.com. All amends and refunds must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the visit date. We regret that we are unable to amend or cancel bookings for any other reason.
