Vacancy: Visitor Welcome Assistant (Seasonal)

We are looking for Visitor Welcome Assistants to join our team. 

Role: Visitor Welcome Assistant

Location: Mount Stuart House

Reporting to: Visitor Operations 

Contract Type: Contract

Dates: 23 March 2026 – 18 October 2026 (approx. 7 months)

Work pattern: Variable hours, including weekends

Pay rate : £13.45 per hour

Join the Visitor Operations Team as a Visitor Welcome Assistant and help create a warm, memorable experience for every visitor. This varied role involves working across the ticket office, shop, and café. You will be welcoming visitors, processing cash and card payments, and providing basic food and drink service.

Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and a passion for delivering great customer service.
