Mount Stuart wins UK Award based on customer feedback
We’re delighted to have received a prestigious award based on feedback from our North American guests.
The recognition comes from CIE Tours, one of the largest providers of travel for US visitors to the UK, which recently announced the results at its annual UK Awards of Excellence in Glasgow on 14 April.
Now in their 14th year, these awards celebrate outstanding hotels and tourism experiences across the UK, as rated by more than 12,000 visitors who travelled with CIE Tours in 2025.
The Attraction Awards of Merit are based on post-stay feedback covering around 200 tourism providers, with recognition given only to those achieving over 90% in customer satisfaction. To be acknowledged in this way, and by so many of our international guests, means a great deal to us.
