Vacancy: Finance Administrator (PT)
Join the Mount Stuart Trust Finance Team
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented finance administrator to join the finance team. The role is vital to allow the efficient running of our accounts function. The role will also include supporting on external funding reporting and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally.
Key responsibilities:
- Invoice processing
- Supplier payment management
- Supplier account & utility reconciliation
- External funding reporting
- Monitor email inboxes
- Credit card purchases
- Utility read submissions
General finance support:
- Support accounts function in month end and year end processes
- Adaptable and willing to support others in finance and the wider business support function
Essential Criteria:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong attention to detail
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience with Sage 50
Details:
Location: Mount Stuart Trust
Reporting to: Finance Lead
Contract Type: Part-Time 25 hours Monday to Friday
Salary: £20,000- £22,000
