Vacancy: Events and Visitor Services Assistant
Mount Stuart is a truly unique visitor attraction and events venue and is one of Europe’s finest historic houses, surrounded by 300 acres of stunning gardens and landscaped grounds. The Events & Visitor Service Assistant will support the Visitor Experience Manager and Events Manager ensuring that all visitor services operate professionally and profitably whilst delivering a world-class enjoyable and satisfying experience to the visitor.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly-motivated individual who will contribute to the development and implementation of consumer-related marketing activities with the aim of increasing visitor numbers and event business. This is a role which demands a high level of professionalism and an ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate within the Tourism or Events sector looking to kick start their career. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and competent IT and time-management skills. Previous experience of EPOS and Gift Aid would be advantageous. The role will involve weekend work. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
