Bute Sawmill
Our sawmill employs local staff – with a large amount of timber being grown, sawn, treated and sold on the island. Our tenant farmers use timber from the estate. We aim to boost the rural economy, strengthen long-held traditions and protect the ways of island life. Collaboration with the rural community enables use to conceive and deliver sustainable ways of living and working on the island.
