Mount Stuart in association with Argyll College – University of Highlands and Islands – is offering you the opportunity to earn while you learn on our Horticulture Apprenticeship Programme. We are currently offering three Level 2 Horticulture work-based Modern Apprenticeships, so if you want to start building your career, an Apprenticeship Programme with Mount Stuart is the perfect way.
We will help you with quality training and support from our experienced horticultural team. These Apprenticeship opportunities will also equip participants with the necessary skills required for becoming a horticulturist in a rapidly changing world where climate, carbon and food security will have a dramatic impact on the way we work.
You will have chance to learn new skills, gain recognised qualifications and earn a training allowance. Both your ‘on the job’ training and ‘off the job’ training will be based at Mount Stuart with our on-site accredited trainer and assessed by Argyll College providing a top quality standard of education.
This fantastic opportunity is open for those who have left school, provided that you meet current apprenticeship eligibility.
If you’re up for a challenge then download an application pack here.
Closing date for all apprenticeship positions is 30 April 2019, with interviews to be held week beginning 20 May and a start date of 2 September 2019. Please email all applications to Fiona Hardie on firstname.lastname@example.org
