Garden Centre

Next to the Visitor Centre is our Garden Centre. Here you will discover a fascinating array of plants, grown onsite from seeds and cuttings by our dedicated team of gardeners.

Plants for sale include various Meconopsis, Trilliums and the rare Reevesia pubescens, from the Asiatic collection in the Rock Garden. From the Southern Hemisphere collection in the Wee Garden, there is Jovellana violacea, Pseudopanax laetus, various Olearias and Prostanthera species.

The Victorian Kitchen Garden yields vegetables, fruits, medicinal and culinary herbs and many fine herbaceous plants, which are all available from the Garden Centre when in season. Our glasshouses produce a selection of unusual indoor plants, such as the beautiful and regal Lord Bute pelargonium.

Browse a wide range of garden products and accessories, from plant pots to garden torches. New products are introduced regularly and our helpful staff are on hand to give any advice you might need.
